As Lead UX/UI Designer I was responsible for leading the creation of all wireframes for the USCIS-DIS application using Balsamiq. All wireframes were generated off User Story criteria collected into VSTS by the Business Requirements Specialists. I collected expanded information from the Subject Matter Experts and Project Manager within USCIS, as well as the PM and lead developers within the contract team. Working closely with the front end developers and all team members I was responsible for all deadlines, and sprint planning regarding wireframe ready ready state.
