The purpose of an employee recognition program is to reward hard work that supports the mission, goals, values and initiatives of the organization. I was approached by a client to develop an idea, along with an agile team of developers, business analysts, and a Scrum Master, for a recognition application that could be used internally for all employees. The project didn’t win the bid, but the design got kudos from the team and the judges. Naming, branding, wireframes and mockups was my role in this proposal.
