As the Lead UX/UI Designer for this USAID project, my job was to help design a user interface for a highly complex application that would allow USAID to manage their projects globally. This innovative and agile development team was on an aggressive schedule that allowed little time to debate over color, fonts, or layout. With consideration for user expectation (arising from a legacy application) and user centered need, the application incorporated a look a feel inspired by the USAID branding standards and it’s own homepage.
